- 1 cup bread crumbs

- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, onion, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beaten egg and chicken broth to the mixture and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the stuffing balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
