A bright, tangy, and bubbly holiday punch made with cranberry juice, champagne, and citrus for a festive and refreshing drink perfect for parties.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cranberry juice (unsweetened or 100% juice)
- 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 bottle (750 ml) champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (frozen work too)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Chill all ingredients for several hours before starting.
- In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well and adjust sweetness to taste.
- Just before serving, pour the juice mixture into a punch bowl. Slowly add champagne and ginger ale to preserve bubbles.
- Float orange slices and cranberries on top. Add mint leaves for garnish.
- Optional: Freeze cranberry juice and whole cranberries in an ice ring mold overnight and place in punch before serving.
- Serve immediately in glasses or cups and enjoy the crisp, fruity sparkle.
