Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice (unsweetened or 100% juice)
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (frozen work too)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients for several hours before starting.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well and adjust sweetness to taste.
  3. Just before serving, pour the juice mixture into a punch bowl. Slowly add champagne and ginger ale to preserve bubbles.
  4. Float orange slices and cranberries on top. Add mint leaves for garnish.
  5. Optional: Freeze cranberry juice and whole cranberries in an ice ring mold overnight and place in punch before serving.
  6. Serve immediately in glasses or cups and enjoy the crisp, fruity sparkle.
