Description

  • 1/2 cup cranberry compote or jam
  • 6 ounces brie cheese, cubed
  • 24 pecan halves
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary, plus sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan.
  2. Roll the puff pastry into an 8×12-inch rectangle. Cut into 24 2×2-inch squares.
  3. Press each puff pastry square into the mini muffin pan, creating a cup shape.
  4. Fill each pastry cup with 1 teaspoon of cranberry compote, followed by a cube of brie cheese and a pecan half.
  5. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
