- 1/2 cup cranberry compote or jam
- 6 ounces brie cheese, cubed
- 24 pecan halves
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary, plus sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan.
- Roll the puff pastry into an 8×12-inch rectangle. Cut into 24 2×2-inch squares.
- Press each puff pastry square into the mini muffin pan, creating a cup shape.
- Fill each pastry cup with 1 teaspoon of cranberry compote, followed by a cube of brie cheese and a pecan half.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
