Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper, letting the parchment overhang the sides.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt, mixing until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Press half of the crumbly mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
