- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper, letting the parchment overhang the sides.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt, mixing until the mixture is crumbly.
- Press half of the crumbly mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
