Instructions
- Cream together the vegan butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

- Gradually add the flour until a dough begins to form.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and sliced almonds.
- Form the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes.
- Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
