This Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls recipe is a crispy, creamy appetizer combining the flavors of classic crab rangoon with the satisfying crunch of golden egg rolls.

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese with crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until smooth.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling into the center.
- Fold bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls in batches for 3–4 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- Drain on paper towels and allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
