Description
Cottage cheese ranch chopped salad with crisp romaine, tomatoes, bacon, green onions, and a creamy high-protein ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2–3 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp milk or water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Chop lettuce and vegetables.
- Add salad ingredients to a bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly.
