- Lemon zest from 2 lemons
- 1 cup (8 ounces) feta (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

- In large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cannelini beans, cucumbers, scallions, dill, parsley, lemon zest, and feta.
