- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground coffee, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Pat the prime rib dry and generously rub the coffee mixture over the entire roast.
- Place the seasoned roast on a rack in a roasting pan and bake at 450°F for 20 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (163°C) and continue roasting until internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare (approximately one hour).
- Let rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
