Description
This Cleansing Sugar Detox Juice is fresh, hydrating, and made with fruits, veggies, ginger, lemon, and apple cider vinegar for a healthy reset.
Ingredients

- 4 cups filtered water
- 4 carrots, peeled + chopped
- 1 medium apple, sliced with skin on
- 1–2 inches ginger root, peeled + roughly chopped
- 1 navel orange, freshly-squeezed
- 1 cucumber, peeled + chopped
- 1/2 cup kale, de-stemmed + chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 lemon, freshly-squeezed
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, add the carrots, ginger, apples, cucumber, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, parsley, orange juice, kale, and water, blending everything on medium-high speed until smooth and ‘foamy’, about 2-3 minutes.
- Using a strainer, strain the liquid mixture into a bowl and discard any pulp from that is captured.
- ASSEMBLY: For each drink, fill the glass with crushed ice (if desired) followed by the cleansing sugar detox juice. NOTE: Instead of adding ice, you can chill juice for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator before serving and shake well prior to pouring.
- Sip and Enjoy!
Notes
- You can use Granny Smith or any type of apple.
- Chill the juice for 1-2 hours for a better taste.
