Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg white and water until frothy.
  3. Add pecans to the egg white mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Toss the coated pecans in the sugar mixture until fully covered.
  6. Spread pecans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  8. Let cool before serving.
