Instructions
- Remove crusts from the bread slices and use a rolling pin to flatten each slice.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- Spread the cinnamon mixture evenly over each flattened slice of bread, then roll them up tightly.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Heat some additional butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each roll briefly into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then place seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 3–4 minutes, turning as needed.
