  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk or cream
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment.
  2. Make blondie batter: In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Stir in egg and vanilla. Add flour and salt, mixing just until combined. Spread into the baking dish.
  3. Add swirl: Mix swirl ingredients in a small bowl. Drop spoonfuls over the batter and swirl gently with a knife or toothpick.
  4. Bake: Bake for 22–25 minutes, until golden and set at the edges but soft in the center. Cool completely.
  5. Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over cooled blondies. Let set before slicing.
