- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine butter, water, and sugar over medium heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then cut into bars and coat with cinnamon sugar.
