Description

A festive red velvet cheesecake with a delicious Oreo crust, perfect for Christmas celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp red food coloring
  • ½ cup heavy cream (whipped)
  • Mini Oreo crumbs or white chocolate curls for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake 8–10 minutes, then cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, vinegar, cocoa, salt, and red food coloring. Mix until fully combined.
  6. Pour over cooled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake at 325°F for 50 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center slightly jiggles.
  8. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool inside 30 minutes.
  9. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Top with whipped cream, Oreo crumbs, or white chocolate curls before slicing.
