Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour, chopped pecans, and water to the butter mixture. Continue beating until thoroughly combined.
