- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Tortillas of choice, for serving
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 Fresno chile
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 tsp salt (for salsa)
- 1 avocado

- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Prepare tortillas by warming them.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, cumin, salt, paprika, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, and crushed garlic.
- Cook shrimp in the skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through.
- Prepare mango salsa: dice mango, red onion, and Fresno chile. Mix with cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
- Prepare avocado crema: blend avocado, garlic, cilantro, cumin, lime juice, salt, and sour cream until smooth.
- Assemble tacos: spread avocado crema on tortillas, top with shrimp, and spoon mango salsa over each taco.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges and extra cilantro if desired.
