- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger to the pan, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan, cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sliced onions to the pan and stir-fry with the beef for 3-4 minutes until softened but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
