Crispy wonton cups filled with juicy shrimp glazed in a sweet and tangy chili lime sauce.

- 20–24 wonton wrappers
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1–2 teaspoons sriracha or chili paste (optional)
- 2–3 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha if using.
- Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin cups and spray or brush with oil.
- Bake wonton wrappers for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Sauté or roast shrimp for 5–6 minutes until pink and fully cooked.
- Toss cooked shrimp in the chili lime sauce until well coated.
- Place one shrimp into each wonton cup, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with sliced green onions.
