Description
A quick and easy chicken stir-fry cooked in a wok.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice.
