Description

A quick and delicious stir-fry dish featuring ramen noodles tossed with juicy chicken, crisp vegetables, and a rich, savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs or breasts, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, but drain 1 minute early. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, water, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken and stir-fry until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Add garlic, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until just tender.
  6. Add cooked noodles and the prepared sauce. Toss everything together until noodles are evenly coated and sauce thickens.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot.
