- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
