- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- to taste Pita bread or wraps
- to taste Sliced vegetables (tomato, cucumber, onion)
- to taste Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper, olive oil, plain yogurt, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and charred.
- Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
- Lay sliced chicken in pita bread or wraps.
- Top with sliced vegetables and drizzle with garlic sauce before serving.
