Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- ½ lb beef sausage, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- ½ cup hot cherry peppers
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup non-alcoholic white wine substitute (like chicken broth)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp cherry pepper vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat oil and brown chicken on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown the beef sausage and set aside.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and bell peppers until tender.
- Add chicken and sausage back to the skillet. Pour in chicken broth and non-alcoholic white wine, scraping the bottom of the pan.
- Stir in cherry pepper vinegar and lemon juice. Simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
