Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots for about 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Return chicken to the skillet along with cooked noodles. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil; toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
