Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough or sandwich bread
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and shredded chicken, and sauté until warm.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Layer chicken and mozzarella between bread slices.
  4. Butter the outside of the bread and grill until crispy and golden.
  5. Slice and serve warm.
