- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 slices sourdough or sandwich bread
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and shredded chicken, and sauté until warm.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Layer chicken and mozzarella between bread slices.
- Butter the outside of the bread and grill until crispy and golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
