Ingredients

  • 1 cup toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients together.
  2. If you haven’t pre-cooked your chicken, do that beforehand. Shred the chicken until fine.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well until cohesive.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chicken mixture evenly to form a round crust of about 1/2 inch thickness.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Spread the pizza sauce over the baked crust.
  8. Add your favorite toppings.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes, then slice into wedges and serve hot.
