A delicious and guilt-free alternative to traditional pizza, made with a crispy chicken crust, packed with protein and customizable toppings.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients together.
- If you haven’t pre-cooked your chicken, do that beforehand. Shred the chicken until fine.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well until cohesive.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chicken mixture evenly to form a round crust of about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the baked crust.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes, then slice into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Substitute cooked chicken with ground turkey or lean beef if desired.
- Use dairy-free cheese alternatives if preferred.
- Flaxseed meal mixed with water can replace the egg.
- Adjust pizza sauce quantity according to taste.
