Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken: Shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough: Flaky buttermilk or your choice
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce: Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese: For gooeyness
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese: For flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil: For drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder: For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning: For added taste
  • Salt and pepper: To taste
  • Fresh parsley: Chopped, for garnish (optional)
  • Extra Parmesan cheese: For serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Open the cans of refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In another bowl, combine the biscuit pieces with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
  5. Layer half of the biscuit mixture in the bottom of the prepared bundt pan.
  6. Spoon half of the chicken mixture over the biscuit layer.
  7. Add the remaining biscuit mixture on top, followed by the rest of the chicken mixture.
  8. Drizzle the olive oil over the top for added flavor and moisture.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
  11. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  12. Serve warm, pulling apart the pieces for a delicious, cheesy experience!
