- 2 cups cooked chicken: Shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough: Flaky buttermilk or your choice
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce: Store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese: For gooeyness
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese: For flavor
- 2 tablespoons olive oil: For drizzling
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder: For flavor
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning: For added taste
- Salt and pepper: To taste
- Fresh parsley: Chopped, for garnish (optional)
- Extra Parmesan cheese: For serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Open the cans of refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In another bowl, combine the biscuit pieces with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
- Layer half of the biscuit mixture in the bottom of the prepared bundt pan.
- Spoon half of the chicken mixture over the biscuit layer.
- Add the remaining biscuit mixture on top, followed by the rest of the chicken mixture.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top for added flavor and moisture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Serve warm, pulling apart the pieces for a delicious, cheesy experience!
