This creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna is the ultimate comfort food, layering tender shredded chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and gooey cheese between soft lasagna noodles.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente, drain, and lay flat on parchment to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, half of the Parmesan cheese, and seasoning until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add the first layer of noodles, followed by ricotta mixture, chicken, more sauce, and mozzarella.
- Repeat the layering process, finishing with Alfredo, mozzarella, and remaining Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
