- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, drain, and lay flat to cool.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture over each lasagna noodle and roll them up.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish, place rolls seam-side down.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
