Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds. If desired, sprinkle the slices with salt and let them sit for about 10 minutes, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until they become translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
