These Cheesy Sausage Cranberry Skewers are a quick and easy holiday appetizer made with savory sausage, creamy cheese, and sweet-tart cranberries.

- 12 oz beef smoked sausage
- 8 oz white cheddar cheese block
- 15 oz can whole cranberry sauce
- Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Cut the cheese and sausage into 30 pieces each.
- Arrange the sausage pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
- Top each sausage piece with a piece of cheese, then a whole cranberry and a little cranberry sauce. Stick a toothpick through all layers to hold them together.
- Sprinkle with parsley for a pop of color.
