Description

Cheesy Ranch Potatoes with Smoked Sausage is a creamy and savory comfort dish loaded with melty cheese, perfect for dinner or as a side.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss potatoes and sausage with olive oil and ranch seasoning until well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, sprinkle cheeses evenly over the top, and return to oven for another 10–15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra golden cheese (optional).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
