These Cheeseburger Eggrolls are the ultimate party snack—juicy ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and savory seasonings wrapped in a crispy egg roll shell.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying (about 1–2 cups), or cooking spray if baking/air frying
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until no longer pink. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into center. Wet the edges with water, fold bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, and roll up tightly. Seal with a bit more water.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, enough to cover the bottom. Fry rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
