Description

These Cheeseburger Eggrolls are the ultimate party snack—juicy ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and savory seasonings wrapped in a crispy egg roll shell.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying (about 1–2 cups), or cooking spray if baking/air frying

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef, cook until no longer pink. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat, let cool slightly. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into center. Wet the edges with water, fold bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, and roll up tightly. Seal with a bit more water.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, enough to cover the bottom. Fry rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
