  • ¾ cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for brushing)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm milk and melted butter; stir until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and minced garlic. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  4. Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish; cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Brush melted butter over hot rolls and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
