Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Pour in the beef broth and add the diced potatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
