  • 2 More strips of bacon cooked and crumbled for coating
  • ½ C. Pecans chopped
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives chopped
  • ¾ C. Grated Gouda cheese
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ C. Dried cranberries chopped
  • ½ C. Chopped pecans for coating
  • ½ C. Dried cranberries chopped for coating
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives chopped for coating
  • ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp. Dried dill
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ C. Grated Gouda cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Dried dill for coating
  • ¼ C. Sour cream
  • 8 oz. Softened cream cheese
  • ½ C. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 23 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ C. Sliced almonds for coating

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for each cheese ball in a separate bowl for each one.
  2. Form each mixture into a ball, and wrap up tightly in a piece of plastic wrap.
  3. Chill for four hours.
  4. Remove each cheese ball from the fridge, and roll in the designated coatings for each one.
  5. Serve with your choice of items for dipping.
