Description
Chamomile Honey Mocktail is a refreshing, calming herbal drink made with chamomile tea, honey, lemon juice, and sparkling water.
Ingredients

- 2 chamomile tea bags (or 2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers)
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 tablespoons pure honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sparkling water (chilled)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Lemon slices and fresh mint (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring water to a gentle boil, then pour 2 cups over the chamomile tea bags or dried flowers.
- Steep for 5 minutes, then remove tea bags or strain flowers.
- While the tea is still warm, stir in honey until completely dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled chamomile honey mixture halfway into each glass.
- Add fresh lemon juice and stir gently.
- Top with sparkling water, stir lightly, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.
