- 2 tablespoons Water
- 0.25 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 2 shots Espresso
- 1 cup Milk
- 2–3 tablespoons Caramel brulee sauce
- Whipped cream (Optional topping)
- Caramel bits or turbinado sugar (For garnish and crunch)
Instructions
- Make the caramel brulée sauce by caramelizing sugar, then add cream, butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Brew espresso or strong coffee and mix with 2–3 tablespoons of caramel sauce.
- Steam or froth milk, then pour over espresso mixture.
- Top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and sugar bits.
