- 11 oz caramel bits
- 8 oz chocolate melting wafers
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup sprinkles
- 1 cup crushed Oreos
Instructions
- Core the apples and slice them into ½ inch thick wedges. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the caramel bits according to package instructions until smooth.
- Dip each apple slice into the melted caramel, letting excess drip back into the bowl, and place on a tray lined with wax paper.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow caramel to set.
- Melt chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle or dip chilled caramel-coated apple slices into melted chocolate.
- While chocolate is still warm, sprinkle desired toppings over each slice.
- Return slices to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to let everything harden.
