Description

A quick and easy pasta salad featuring canned salmon, fresh vegetables, and a zesty Old Bay vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb bowtie pasta, cooked in salted water
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1.5 cups cucumber, quartered and sliced thinly
  • 6 oz canned salmon, boneless and skinless, drained
  • 1/2 cup red onions, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, canned salmon, red onions, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, and honey.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
