  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • a pinch sea salt
  • as needed sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Butterfinger candy bars, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl.
  2. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments.
  6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed nuts or sprinkles if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to harden the chocolate.
