Buffalo Chicken Dip Pinwheels are a quick, crowd-pleasing snack that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken dip with easy-to-eat pinwheels.

- 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
- 6 large Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/2 cup Chopped Celery
- 2 tbsp Extra Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, and chopped green onions in a mixing bowl. Stir until everything is blended together smoothly.
- Spread about ½ cup of the filling on each tortilla, making sure to leave a ½-inch border.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides to create a neat log. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Slice the chilled logs into 1-inch pinwheels and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the pinwheels are golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
