- 1 cup Onion (Chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 cup Swanson Chicken Stock
- 2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Horizon Organic Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Paprika
- 1 pound Shrimp (deveined and peeled)
- 2 cups Rice (Cooked)
- 1 cup Tomato (Diced)
- ½ cup Spring Onion (Diced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium pan over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, thyme, basil, cayenne, and salt; cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Combine paprika and any remaining spices in a small bowl.
- Arrange the shrimp on a baking tray; season and brush with melted butter. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
- Serve by plating rice and pouring the sauce around, topping with shrimp and diced vegetables.
