  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Horizon Organic Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Paprika
  • 1 pound Shrimp (deveined and peeled)
  • 2 cups Rice (Cooked)
  • 1 cup Tomato (Diced)
  • ½ cup Spring Onion (Diced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, thyme, basil, cayenne, and salt; cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Combine paprika and any remaining spices in a small bowl.
  7. Arrange the shrimp on a baking tray; season and brush with melted butter. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
  8. Serve by plating rice and pouring the sauce around, topping with shrimp and diced vegetables.
