Instructions

  1. Start by boiling 4 cups of water. In separate bowls, mix each flavor of jello with the boiling water according to package instructions, stirring until fully dissolved. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of gelatin powder with 1/4 cup of cold water. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until it swells and turns gelatinous.
  3. In another bowl, blend the bloomed gelatin with 1 cup of hot water and 1 can of condensed milk. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour a layer of one flavored jello into molds first. Let it chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes until partially set. Then, add a layer of the creamy mixture, followed by the next jello. Repeat this process.
  5. Once layered, refrigerate the molds for at least 4 hours or until the jello is fully set.
