Ingredients
- 3 cups Shredded broccoli slaw mix
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 cup Red cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp Green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp Dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the broccoli slaw mix, carrots, cabbage, and green onions.
- Place the shredded broccoli, carrots, and cabbage in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped green onions, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries to the bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture.
- Gently toss everything together until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Give the salad a light toss before serving.
- Serve chilled.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
- For a lighter version, swap mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
