Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
  • ½ cup red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash broccoli and cut into small florets. Pat dry.
  2. Slice grapes in half.
  3. Chop red onion finely.
  4. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, grapes, onion, sunflower seeds, and bacon. Toss gently.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  8. Stir gently before serving and sprinkle with extra sunflower seeds or bacon if desired.
