  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (for seasoning)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender (about 3-4 minutes), then chop them finely.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Carefully slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  5. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Spoon the broccoli and cheese mixture into each chicken breast pocket, dividing it evenly among the breasts. Use toothpicks to secure the openings if necessary.
  7. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  8. Add the stuffed chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
