Description

A comforting and delicious grilled cheese sandwich filled with fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, perfect for a satisfying breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or American recommended)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and scramble the eggs until just set. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
  5. Layer one slice of cheese, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and the second slice of cheese on the bread.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  7. Grill the sandwich over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
