Ingredients

  • 1 package (15 count) mini phyllo shells
  • 6 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp bourbon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  2. Place a cube of brie into each shell.
  3. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add pecans, brown sugar, bourbon, and salt. Stir until bubbly and slightly thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Spoon the pecan mixture over the brie in each shell.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until brie is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Optional: finish with a light drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
